2020 has been a tough year all round but in the midst of it we have seen people reach out and bring love, hope and joy to our communities.

As part of our CCP mission we believe in supporting those who are in need, both emotionally and practically. This year we have been able to provide hampers for families in need and their children. This year we had great support from Salford based Church Victory Outreach Manchester, who also got their children involved creating wonderful hampers for their community
